Local accomodation
In a big groups it is better to eat in the accommodation where you sleep. You can order the food for all together. On the table there will be everything with kyrgyz hospitability.

The food per person costs 700 soms. It includes the first dish, the second dish, salads and all kinds of snacks. Dinner will be during summer time inside the yurt, and in wintertime in the local kitchen.

Traditional Dishes
PLOV
Traditional Central Asian dish, it comes from the Ferghana Valley and is widespread in southern Kyrgyzstan. The basis of the dish is rice, carrots and meat, first fried and then cooked.
DYMDAMA
It means "stewed" in Kyrgyz. And it's a stew with cabbage, potatoes, carrots, eggplant, bell peppers, onions and herbs which is prepared in a covered pot over low heat. Once cooked, it should be stirred before serving.
MANTY
It's a dough filled with meat, prepared on steam. This is a traditional Central Asian dish with Chinese roots. The most common is filling finely chopped lamb or beef with onions. Often, to the meat is added pumpkin or jusai.
BESHBARMAK
One of the most favorite and traditional Kyrgyz dishes, with Turkish roots. Beshbarmak is a chopped meat with noodles, onions and meat broth, and soup. It is noteworthy that traditionally beshbarmak is eaten by hands.
